Do I need to provide water or power?

Yes, we ask that you have access to an outdoor water spigot and a power outlet at the job site. We bring everything else.

How long does a detail take?

It depends on the package and your vehicle’s condition. An Essential detail typically takes under two hours; Signature and Ultimate details take longer to do the job right. We’ll give you a time estimate with your quote.

What if it’s raining or bad weather?

Accepted Answer

We’ll work with you to reschedule at no cost. A garage or covered driveway also lets most appointments go ahead as planned.

Do I need to be home during the appointment?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to your vehicle and a place to park and work, you’re free to go about your day.
